Month: February, 2010
She’s been there many times and she wanted to go again. For her 13th birthday. How cool is that? She’s still all about Disney. Is it weird that I’m relieved by that? I’m happy for Livy. Wouldn’t it be a bummer if you big sister didn’t want to go to Disney?
I don’t even think Mak realizes that every time we see the face painting tent in Toontown, she chooses the same exact one. Minnie Mouse. You’ll see what I mean…..
We were flying through the air over Georgia on our way to Florida and Lulu said, “mama! I feel like a giant when I’m in the airplane like this!”
“I know, Liv” I said, “everything down there looks so small, doesn’t it?”
“Mom, do you know what else makes me feel like a giant?”
“What else makes you feel like a giant?” I said.
“Broccoli! When I hold it in my hand, it looks like a little tree and I’m a giant!”
I heart little girls thoughts.
Aren’t vacations wonderful? Sweet? Lovely? Yes, Yes, Yes.
Lots and lots of photographs to go through (yay!) but wanted to post a few for GrandMary and Beepa, because we had the most delightful time with them. It’s home when we are with them.
This little one is spunky. Can you tell?
And our sweet Mak turned 13. Teenager. Help me Jesus.
Happy vacation…..for certain. But I do love the snow and I’m happy to be back in Wisconsin. I can’t wait to reintroduce myself to my very own, soft, puffy bed tonight. Yummy.
